Had the sound bar for a couple months and thought the audio sounded off, realised that the subwoofer is not doing anything at all, I have tried updating drivers and checking settings but no luck. Also tried updating to synapse 4 but no fix. As a side note I also can’t change the windows sound settings and bit rate above dvd quality
