I’m genuinely curious as to why I can buy a Hyper Polling Dongle for Razer devices, I bought a used Viper V3 Pro no dongle, and bought a Hyper Polling dongle from Razer, I can’t get it to hookup and the only thing I've found is that it needs to connect with its original dongle. I’m curious why its an option to buy. Also I’m wondering if there is any work arounds?

+1The “generic” Hyperpolling dongle is not compatible with Viper V3 Pro (yes, it’s stupid). Probably you need to contact Razer Support directly and ask for Viper V3 Pro compatible HyperPolling dongle, because they’re not available on the shop as a spare part now: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/
