I bought my Razer Huntsman Mini keyboard a year and a few months ago. My "U" key is not working. I have tried changing the switches from keys i don't use such as Right Shift and it didn't work. I have my receipt but it is in Greek and it was sold in a mall in Greece called "COSMOS" in a shop called "Public". Now since i don't live in Greece i can't just go there (I live far away) and get a new one with warranty stuff. So i wanna ask is it possible to submit it for refund or something like that. Because i didn't hit the keyboard or anything like that it just stopped working. Since my receipt is in Greek i don't know if i will be able to get a refund or such.  It has everything it needs. The price of the item (Tho there are other items as well), the name of the retailer store and mall name QR code and such. If yes how do i do it, if no where can i buy a replacement for parts?

You can ask a Razer Support: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/

But the best way is just to RMA it at the place where you’ve bought it.
