I’ve been having an issue with my Kraken V3 Pro, since I purchased it earlier this year, where the audio would pick up quietly on discord, after some bug testing I gave up and just bought another mic to use via plugging it into the headset. Recently I tried to use my Voicemod soundboard with said mic and now both the mic that came with the headphones and the one i bought for it record my audio quietly even in game, I figured I would try to update the firmware in hopes maybe that will fix it, but i can’t even get that to work.
I’ve added a video of me trying to get it to work. This is after following some advice from another Razer support agent on this issue that suggested uninstalling synapse 3 and reinstalling it, except i have not re-installed it yet
