I can't change my 2 step authentication. How do I reset it?

I’ve been trying to use razer gold for the past week but there is always this unexpected error that happens whenever I try to get the OTP from my phone in the 2-Step Authenticator. I was thinking of changing it to an authenticator app but It needs an OTP from my phone which I still can’t get. Please help I’ve been trying this for so long the thing I’m trying to buy is already gone. I also don’t have any of my backup codes.

Please  submit a ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real-time and provide the following information to the team to reset your account OTP.

5. Birthdate:
6. Mobile phone number:
7. Billing address:
