I am so disappointed with razer’s product especially the recent one.
I got my first razer kraken x usb many years ago and the headband snapped into half within 2 years.
and i decided to use steel series later which i was using for 3 years and eventually came back to Razer to give it a try again.
This time i saw the ads of Barracuda being advertised for their better support of the headband and thus choosing Barracuda at the end.
But this time even worst, i bought it at 12/12/2023 and it’s 16/10/2024, not even past 1 year and the ear cup part just broke off :D.


I tried to talk to the facebook razer support and they told me i couldn’t claim due to i purchase the product from non-retailer however when i look into the list of authorized retailer, the shop i bought with, which is ALL IT Hypermarket are one of their retailers.
Razer’s product no longer the best for gamers?
How can a product lifespan even shorter than the warranty.
I do have a small collection of razer products but this made me think twice, should i invest more in the future ?
