Hello Razer, I have a problem with my headset that I bought a Friday ago. Its sound is a bit off. If I hear anything on it, on any Xbox or phone, there is a problem with the sound. Sometimes its quality is not good, and there is a lot of distortion. I have updated the headset to the latest version. Can you help me?
