The manual / user guide (page 6) (that I got from here) and the specifications page says it's compatible with Windows 11 but doesn't mention Windows 10. Have I just made a big mistake by purchasing the new V3 Pro? Will there be limitations?

Unfortunately, there is no mention of compatibility with Windows 10, which indicates that there may be limitations if you are trying to use it on that operating system.
