Razer Nommo V2 Pro Sub Not Working

I have only received my unit today, unboxed it and set it up only 1hr ago. Since I have set it up, following all of the instructions in the manual in order, the sub has never worked, even for a second. Both of the speakers and the control pod work perfectly, but the sub doesn’t make any sound at all. I have updated the firmware, unplugged and re-plugged everything a few times, and tried with and without synapse but cannot get any sound. I will be returning if this cannot be resolved by wednesday.
