it doesnt register the hyperspeed dongle even tho the mouse works with it, it doesnt let me update neither of the mouse or the dongle even tho both of them are concted. i did not pay 150 for a mouse that doesnt properly work
+1It’s only Hyperpolling dongle compatible. And it must be Viper V3 Pro compatible only Hyperpolling dongle. The “generic” ones will not work.
im using the hyperpolling dongle that was in the box of the viper v3 pro so. when im using the hyperspeed dongle the mouse works but there is no option higher than 1000hz and the software itself doesnt even say that the hyperspeed dongle is plugged in

when i try to update the mouse it says to conect it with the cable. i do that it makes the conected sound and the update button is still inactive. the synapse v4 doesnt work either it just says i have no internet conection when i clearly do. i just want my mouse to have all the features i paid for
