I’ve had my Razer Kraken Kitty Edition for 1.5 year, and about a month ago I noticed that the left ear is different colour. It looks like it’s always green, and therefore it ruins any colour I try to set. When I turn off rgb at all via razer synapse app this ear is still green it can’t be turned off at all. How can I fix it? I’ve already tried to reinstall the app and connected the headset to another pc, it didn’t help.
