I can't click my Razer Vipers mouse wheel button.

So I cleaned my mouse wheel censor because it was jittering, and after I cleaned it and put the case back and it worked fine again. But for some reason after I put the case back on my scroll wheel is permanently pressed down. I tried to take the case off again and the button works fine, but when I tried to put it back on again it’s again pressed down. I have no idea how to fix this issue please helps. Thanks.
