Hello,

I have purchased a BlackWidow V3 Pro AZERTY keyboard 18 months ago. It worked fine until recently when it suddendly started to have a double typing issue. When I press some of the keys, it reacts as if I pressed that key followed by another. For example, pressing the key a will enter a<, pressing i enters i, . As you can see, the keys are not even next to each others.

I have the issue when connecting the keyboard via USB, 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth on any computer (personal, pro).

The keyboard is now unusable as I mainly use it for work.

I have already done to following:

  • Removed the keycaps and cleaned the keyboard using dry air and clean tissue
  • Getting in and out of Demo mode
  • Removed all profils from memory
  • Installed the latest firmware v3.03.00_r1
  • Uninstalled Razer Synapse software

None of these fixed the keyboard.

Does anyone have a solution?

Hi Bubblesretrotechno863,

I’m here to help. I'm sorry to hear about your Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro's key spamming issue. To further isolate the issue, please update the device firmware to its latest version. Follow the steps here. If the same problem persists, PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation. Thanks!
