My razer blackwidow v4 pro sn number is not working i  have bought it from razer on amazon and the sn doesnt work

I’m the same. My Razer blackwidow v4 pro sn is coming up as stolen. So I can’t access the warranty. I bought if from Razer’s Amazon page.
