I bought kraken headphones and in the package was a scratch card, but when entering this code, it says ‘must be 15 digits’ although I have 23.

Hi cholmat,
It sounds like there might be some confusion regarding the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code on the scratch card and the device serial number. Make sure to register the headset to your Razer account here. Once done, follow the steps in this article here to activate and use 7.1 Surround Sound.
