No matter how many time I have sent my proof of purchase, a certain support team didn't even bother to check the attachment that I have sent not once but twice which he got to response to my email that I need to give them a screenshot of the proof of payment (which I already DID sent it) in order to verify the said transaction. I can't believe how disappointed I am to why do they not bother checking the attachment sent and asks about it with the same response from time and time again.
