Hi all, hope somebody can help before I return this product.

I've connected the controller to my PS5, I can navigate the dashboard and play games etc but, the mute button does not activate my arctic nova wireless headset and the controller will not turn my PS5 on from sleep mode or from off.

Also in pairing mode on the PS5 Bluetooth accessories menu it states the "passkey might not be correct* As this is an authorised product for use with the PS5 I'd expect it work easily. Any suggestion?

Many thanks.

I have the same issue with Bluetooth connectivity.  If I can’t find any help on this within a few days, it’s going back.  Yes, I can use it on my PC, yes I can use it on PS5 wired or with the dongle.  But I bought this so I could use it on PS5 like a normal PS5 controller, then possibly use the dongle on my PC or SteamDeck without having to re-pair controllers all the time.  Every combination of PC/PS5/wired/wireless switches I’ve tried has resulted in the error CE-109526-3, "The passkey might not be correct, or your Bluetooth accessory might have canceled the connection."

Razer:  This is the only support you offer yet you don’t reply to the people who genuinely need help with your product.  There are several people with this same problem who have posted in THIS forum, and still have NO SOLUTION, from 1-2 years ago.  Your instructions “manual” doesn’t even include how to put it in pairing mode. In fact, it doesn’t even mention Bluetooth!  Get your s**t together!  You’re charging $250 for a “premium” product - literally EVERYONE expects a lot more from you!!!
