How do i change my mobile number on razer id if i dont have access anymore to that old number.

Can anyone please help me with this? I am unable to purchase anything because the otp is getting sent to my old phone number. I have contacted razer support through email but its been 4 days since I received a reply. If anyone can help me it will be much appreciated. Thank you
