Lost activation code THX Spatial Audio

Hi! I lost my acitvation code for the THX Spatial Audio App.
I have the “Razer BlackShark V2 Pro -  Rainbow Six Siege Edition”
The Mixer Tab in the Razer Synapse 4 wont show up to me. 
and the “THX Spatial Audio” does not have an effect on my Headset. 
I installed the THX Spatial Audio app seperate and it working now for me, but I dont have any code here. Need help

It’s embedded into Synapse, you don’t have to activate it. If you’re already downloaded external THX Spatial app - uninstall it.

If you’re using Synapse 4 - then it’s buggy for this headset and THX Spatial has no effect (it’s not working). I’d recommend you to install older Synapse 3 software: https://www.razer.com/synapse-3

@FiszPL Yeah i had Synapse 3, but my other things like mouse and keyboard wont work with synapse 3
