Cant get support or answer from Razer, All USB Ports have Stopped working on Razer Blade Advanced 15" Laptop

I have a Razer Blade 15” Advanced (2019) | RZ09-0288x


I've tried to contact Razer to see if i could get it repaired, but the site keeps telling me "Your product is no longer covered under Razer's Limited Warranty" Even though i selected the pay for repair for out of warranty products.

There's no email address i can find to contact them just an AI assistant that doesn't help.


All four USB ports have all of a sudden began to be very inconsistent even the USB C / Thunderbolt port.


I've tried everything from,


Restoring the PC to Factory condition
Reinstall the USB drivers, made sure the software is up to date.
Tried multiple USB devices
Tried other USB devices, but with the same issues
USB devices fully work on another PC.
Any help would be appreciated.
