When ever I plug my Razer Kraken X USB headphones into any USB port that is on my computer the computer doesn't recognize a device, neither does Razer Synapse. Ive got the right Razer Synapse installed, ive done everything i could possibly think of but no dice i dont understand whats the problem and need help.
