Aether Monitor Light Bar - will not pair (and other observations)

step one:  I downloaded the ‘Gamer Room’ app for iOS
Step two: tried pairing my new Aether Monitor Light Bars (yes, I bought two).  Neither would pair to the app, and this included factory resetting of each light bar.  The app would see the light bars when initially factory reset as the light bars would go into pairing mode.  But after 5 minutes of being turned on, the light bars would not go back into pairing mode, even after being turned off.  Pairing mode could ONLY be achieved by doing a factory reset.

Further to this.  If the RGB rear lights are on, the front light has NO lighting brightness adjustment.  Front light brightness adjustment is ONLY available when the rear RGB lights are turned off.

This is a below pair experience.

Hi! Sorry to revive this post. Did you ever get this fixed? I also bought two bars and got one to connect, but the second one is testing my patience to its limit. I tried factory reset multiple times without success.
