As we know, the kaira headset is for xbox only. It claimed to need an update while my bf was playing COD, his headset was connecting and disconnecting before his razer app said it needed an update, so we chalked it up to my pc resting near his xbox.
We know this isn't an attempt at my pc trying to connect to his headset because it does not have Bluetooth, but we figured it was just some weird radio wave stuff.
Though, we went to update his headset with my laptop, which was unplugged and off. We downloaded the current firmware, and started the process. The firmware updater recognized the headset and such, though when the update button turns bright green, we CANNOT click on it.
We try running it as an admin as well.
I tried to go to razer support but the warrenty has gone bad.
