Hello i have so much problems with this headset, first the volume its so low the audio is flat, then the conectivity its not strong enough and im like less than 2 feets from the dongle and view alinged. And the last one yesterday like nothing stop working and synapse says that they are developing B550 taichi and my mainboard its the X670E ligthning from Asrock. I just stop working in the middle of gaming like that.
Does anyone have the same problems? should i need to change the headset? razer synapse just give me headaches, and i have all the set: keyboard, mouse etc, two days ago the mouse acts strange cant recognize clics, doesnt stop clicking, like the keyboard and now they seems to be fine, does anyone knows if its a compatibility problem with asrock X670e? my other pc have an Asus TUF B650 and dont have problems like that except with the Nari ultimate headset...its the worst headset i have and it wasnt cheaper.
