I can't activate Surround Sound 7.1

Hello, I bought Razer Blackshark V2 X headphones a couple of days ago. There was no scratch code found in the package to activate 7.1 Surround Sound. I tried to register the serial number through the site, the site replied that this device has already been registered. I contacted technical support and they redirected me here. Can you tell me what I should do now?
