Hello, I bought Razer Blade 16 2023 version in August 2023.
Since August this year, my laptop has been experiencing performance issues. I can hear the fan spinning loudly, and Adobe Illustrator becomes laggy. Even after closing the program, the fan continues spinning at high speed. When playing audio through the speakers, there's distortion. Even after restarting, the fan still makes noise until the laptop is turned off and left to cool down for a while, after which the fan becomes quiet and the audio distortion disappears.
Recently, I noticed that when checking the hardware parameters, the graphics card frequently exceeds 80°C and my CPU frequently exceeds 90°C and even hits 100°C. When I start a game, the GPU temperature rises to 90°C and the GPU usage hits 100%, causing the game to lag. I also observed that the GPU power consumption seems to be limited to 30W. Even after quitting the game, the GPU temperature remains above 80°C, and the fan continues spinning quickly. Sometimes the laptop crashes or shows a blue screen, and it can't restart on its own unless I disconnect the power and reboot.
I haven't cleaned the dust since the date I bought the laptop, but it's only been a year. I want to know should I learn the laptop? should I hire a professional to clean the dust for me? Thanks
