I need help. I recently bought the Razer Blackshark V2 Headset Quartz Edition and the THX Spatial Code that I got via email is not working.  The error is saying that the code is not valid 😔

If yes, it doesn’t support THX Spatial. Use 7.1 surround according to manual instead: https://www.razer.com/71-surround-sound
