Problem with unresponsive, stuttery, double typing keys on Blackwidow V4 100%

Question

This problem has been going about and it has finally hit me. This problem is like an infection to all of these keyboards. I’ve tried everything that razer support has recommended and it hasn’t worked. I don’t know if I should even use this keyboard anymore. People say that Razer contact is unhelpful and is auto generated. I hope to get help from the community about this issue, although I might just end up with an automated response.  Please Help, Sincerely, JC
