I’ve been trying to connect the mouse and dock for two days and it’s been incredibly frustrating. Using the dongle, the mouse works fine. Using Bluetooth and the mouse works fine. Connect the dongle, and it won’t pair. Try updating the dock’s firmware and I get a “Enter bootloader Fail!” error. Turn on the Bluetooth and it works.
I’ve had chats with Razer support and I’ve searched the forums and I’ve not found a solution.
Looking for help. Please.
