As the title says, my Basilisk stopped working properly. First time I noticed was with the PC turned off. As always, I let my mouse charging overnight but the next day, battery wasn’t charged. After some research and tries (repositioning the puck, changing usb port, etc) nothing works. I don’t know what to do at this point. It charges the mouse but just a few percentage and then stops. I noticed that it is the same that happens when the pc is turned off. By the way, in one of the last updates my scrol infinite wheel stop working properly. Yes, it changes from click to free, but the “free” it feels like it’s slowed and stops really soon, not like before.
What can I do?
