Razer Nari Ultimate crackling voice

I purchased this headset under good recommendation but have had countless problems since day one be it the constant disconnections, the headset turning itself off randomly even with a large amount of charge to the newest problem of now when i talk my voice fades in and out and goes very crackly and distorted. Please can you give me advice on fixing any or all of these problems. Its only a couple of months old.
