Blackshark V2 Pro Xbox Licensed Not detected by synapse version 4

Good afternoon,

I have been troubleshooting for two hours trying to uninstall and reinstall synapse.

Pairing the headset, installing the firmware and etc.

However, the headset refuses to be detected by the firmware update tool with the dongle being connected and refuses to be recognized by the synapse device manager.

I have already connected it to Bluetooth as well to confirm that the headset works and is charged however I am unable to affect anything else besides that I would really appreciate some help with either a firmware update for the xbox licensed version or something to get this headset recognized.

The Blackshark V2 Pro Xbox Edition does not communicate with Synapse on the PC.   This is from page 13 on the online manual:

“Download and install the Razer Audio Setup for Xbox app from the Microsoft Store on your PC (Windows® 10 64-bit or higher) or Xbox console.”

Here’s a link to the manual:

Just as an FYI - and I’ve only had the headset for a few hours - but on PC the headset will not connect with the Razer Audio Setup for Xbox app.  I did download the same app on the Xbox and could change settings there, including setting a custom EQ.  I’m about to try and figure out if that custom EQ I set on the Xbox saved to the headset so I can use on the PC as well.
