Brightness Control not Working on Windows 10, Razer Blade OLED

Dear community, I moved my old SSD (Samsung 970 PRO) from a Razer Blade 15" 2018 to the new Razer Blade 4K OLED. Everything works well except for the Brightness control (via software or via fn+keys), it is not working on windows 10. Although the slider does move, there is no increase or decrease of the screen brightness. I have re-installed all drivers from razer website for this model (Advanced late 2019), and the problem still persists. However, when booting Arch Linux (Dual Boot), brightness control keys and slider work well. Any ideas? Nvidia Driver has also been updated.

    It could be a BIOS thing. Shoot me a PM with the serial number of your RB15 and a screenshot of the current BIOS version. I'll take it from there.
