Request new Hardware Hash key

I enrolled my laptop to the Intune. Unfortunately, tenant is terminated due to long inactivity.   Laptop is unable to get enrolled into another Intune due to conflict with terminated tenant. I tried contact Microsoft support to ask if they could remove the hashkey from terminated tenant. Unfortunately, Microsoft indicated that hashkey could not be removed cause teannt is no longer exist. Microsoft support adviced that RAZER support may bale to help. It would be appreciated if new hardwarehash could be generated so I can enroll the laptop to the new tenant without conflict.

Intune is a Microsoft app, so no WAY they cannot remove it from old terminated tenant… It has nothing to do with Razer. Escalate the case with MS Support.

Intune is a Microsoft app, so no WAY they cannot remove it from old terminated tenant… It has nothing to do with Razer. Escalate the case with MS Support.

You are right, I thought the same thing, but MS phone support told me escalate with Razer,  sounds wired to me.  I would contcat them again to resolve this.   Thanks for your response.
