Hello, literally, I have been wanting to pay for two hours, but the two-step verification does not respond to the code. I tried the Google app, but the code does not appear. I just want the barcode to put it in the authenticator app, but everything I do appears like this with a lock on it and I cannot do anything literally. I want you to close it for me and send it to me again. I have really wasted my time trying for two hours. Please help me.
The authenticator does not work with me. Please, I need help.
