My Razer Deathadder V3 Pro works fine wirelessly but suddenly (after 1.5 years of working) when USB is connected (for charging) it can only move mouse upwards and none of the buttons work. The work around is to charge with an external USB power source (not the PC) and then it continues working over Wireless while charging.
I’ve tried different USB cables, different PCs & Macs, with & without drivers, all the same up only movement which leaves the mouses firmware itself as the only factor?
Synapse, mouse firmware and drivers all report being up to date, I tried to “Reset” the mouse in Synapse and now it can’t be found by Synapse (but still works fine in wireless mode).
