Find my order logging password invalid(Australia)

Hello razer, i have an issue about the purchase of razer blade 15. It was happen last two days that i was purchased a razer blade 15 base model from razer website Australia. Second day I receive a call from United States which is lady request verified information about purchase. Its all done but I'm still can't logging to track my order , it always invalid password when I tried to logging.
