Please help, I lost my 2-step authentication and backup codes :(

I have been using this Razer account since 2021, and now I have lost access to my two-step verification device and backup codes. Recently, I topped up $30 into my account but cannot use it due to the two-step verification issue. I have already submitted a support ticket to Razer. Please help :(
