Unable to get hyperpolling wireless dongle to connect to Razer Viper V2 Pro

Hi all, I was wondering if I could get some help. I recently purchased the hyperpolling wireless dongle. When I plug it into my computer I notice the dongle does not light up but it does show up in synapse. Also every time I try to scan for my mouse it does not find it. From what I read the Razer Viper V2 Pro Mouse has 2.4GHz built in. I have updated everything in Razer: Mouse, Synapse, etc. I have watched multiple YouTube videos and followed forums / FAQ on the Razer website & Reddit and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Side note: I have downloaded / installed Hyperpolling Device Firmware, Hyperspeed Dongle Utility, and Viper V2 Pro Firmware Update and still nothing.

Found the fix:

“I FIGURED IT OUT.. you have to take out the usb receiver when you click "pair" and then once it pairs, immediately plug in the receiver again.

Steps:

1 - Make sure you have latest synapse version: https://www.razer.com/synapse-3

2 - Get latest driver for death adder v3: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6403

3 - Plug provided cable into usb port and then plug in the usb receiver inside the dongle adapter (NOT the hyper polling one)

Check synapse and make sure the DAV3 shows up.

4 - now unplug the the dongle adapter from the cable and also pull out the USB receiver.

5 - Plug in the hyperpolling dongle into the cable, it should appear on Synapse.

6 - Plus USB receiver into a usb port, you should be able to move the mouse.

7 - In Synapse, go to the Hyperpolling dongle and click "pair". Once you click pair, immediately remove the USB receiver and place mouse near hyper polling dongle and wait 3-5 seconds.

It should show as paired with your DAV3, and you can plug the usb receiver back in and change the polling rate to 4000 hertz + the led on your dongle should flick on. IMO since theres no physical button to activate the 2.4Ghz the delay in unplugging the usb receiver stalls it enough that your hyper polling dongle can connect to it~:” *** I DID NOT FIX MYSELF JUST FOUND THIS WORKED.***
