Razer Laptop Cooling Pad - power supply question

Dear Razer Community,

My question relates to the new Razer Laptop Cooling Pad.

The Cooling Pad is supplied with a power supply unit, so the fan can only be switched on with the power supply unit in the socket.
Is it possible to get the power supply via USB PD? Or is there another option without the power supply unit?

Kind regards

Valary

I would like to know the answer, too. Mine came with a type of power cable I have never seen and that does not fit any socket I have. I haven’t been able to use the stand.

That's really strange, I got several adapters for the Coolingpad that fit into every socket. There was an adapter for Europe, for England and for others.

Does no one have any idea how to connect the cooling pad to the laptop itself without using the power cable?

I just got some weird looking plug that won’t fit into anything. There were no attachments. Maybe they weren’t put into the box I got or something. It was new. The problem is I’ve had it now for several days and I cannot even use it

Then you should probably contact support or complain about the order. I don't think anyone here in the forum will be able to help you as you are dealing with a complaint.
