So I have a very weird situation.
I recently bought the Razer Barracuda headset (not Pro or X) and Synapse refuses to find them. I can connect the headphones to the PC no problem, with cable and without, but to the Synapse app it’s like they don’t exist.
I updated Synapse to the newest version, restarted my PC multiple times, connected headset with cable and without in different ports, tried installing and using the drives that are meant for the headset (they didn’t recognize the headset either) and also tried connecting the headset to the mobile app (didn’t connect to the app but connected to the phone). NOTHING WORKS.
And to add to the issue of the headphones being practically invisible to the Razer apps and drives, I can’t register it as a device on my profile either.
I tried searching for fixes online and all I see is support telling people with similar issues to do the things I already tried.
If ANYONE has a fix to my problem (even if it’s to return them and just never buy them again) PLEASE, GIVE ME THE SOLUTION! I’M ON MY KNEES, BEGGING!
I have never had any issues with Razer before and I am losing it over these headphones. I’m too poor for this...
