I just opened my new razer naga v2 pro and the scroll doesn’t seem to work. I’ve tried to change settings for scrolling in synapse but the tension doesn’t change. I’ve tried both wireless and wired with 4 different usb ports and i’ve updated the firmware on both the wireless and the mouse. I have also tried to close synapse and nothing changed.

Hey,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers by following the steps below:
- Search “Device Manager” from the Windows search bar.
- Click on “Mice and other pointing devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Click on “Human Interface Devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Restart your computer.
- The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts.
