I just received this keyboard a few days ago and I have now realized the X key is unresponsive. When I put the keyboard lighting mode to something like reactive, the X key will light up even when clicking other keys. Also when I unplug and plug in the keyboard again, it spams all the X's I had typed from the last time it was plugged in. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hi there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:
1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer keyboard and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.
The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t work out then shoot me a PM along with your devices’ serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
