Razer blade stealth 13 purchased nov 5th won't power on

I was playing WoW and my game froze. whole computer froze. was using Razer Chroma x and so I unplugged laptop from Chroma and it woudl not turn on. I plugged direct into power cable and still nothing. no lights. nothing...... both unplugged and on battery the only thing i get is if I hold the power button for approx 10 seconds the light on front of laptop flashes white once. otherwise it is dead. I submitted a case and tried to use chat but said chat had no staffing. I will call this afternoon. I love it until this happens. want it fixed or replaced as this is less than 30 days. I did buy Razer Care so hope we can get this fixed soon. beginning of 4 day weekend and no gaming pc....

    Not super happy with the support today. no chat. even though web says staffed during these hours. no one answering phones, leaving messages and not getting call backs. this was not the support i expected from Razer.
