Razer Barracuda X chroma not charging

I got a pair of the Barracuda x chroma for Christmas, the battery died for the first time yesterday I have attempted to charge them but it appears not to be charging. I have tried several cables but nothing seems to be working, at one point it went from red flashing to green flashing but it’s still showing as 0% charge and have left them to charge for several hours now, including overnight last night.

 

Quick edit seems to be related to Synapse 4 like other people have reported I put it in bluetooth mode and it’s now showing up as fully charged on my phone and staying on.

    I have the same problem. It work if I connect it via bluetooth, but instantly turn off when via wireless

     

    Any solution? I am unistalling synapse 4.. and installing synapse 3

    Same issue here. I uninstalled the razer synapse and it all of a sudden started to work as normal. But now im unsure how much battery life is in the headphones since the blinking light seems to be inconsistent. Hopefully they can fix the synapse issue

     At the moment for me is working with razer synapse 3

    I had the same problem, the cord that razer gives you, is not meant to be used for a long time, you will have to find a new usb c charging cable, thats what i did.

    The cable is not the problem. Is app synapse 4. I don’t use the razer cable fdor charging
