Hey all, I bought a few viper v2s over the years and I love the mouse, however now I am encountering a problem I am not sure of. The wireless mouse dongle is not longer being detected as a USB device when plugged in to my PC.  Normally I would chalk it up to a bad port, or something but I checked its health, and tried on multiple  devices that are for sure functional. Do I need to purchase a new wireless dongle, or is there a reasonable fix? I looked around at purchasing a new mouse dongle, and didn’t see a white one to match my mouse, so i would like to avoid that if possible.

Check windows device manager if the dongle will be visible when you’ll connect to your PC.

If yes, try pair it again with your mouse with this tool https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6076/kw/usb%20hyperspeed

If not, new dongle will help here (sometimes it’s out of stock, but you can sign up for notification): https://www.razer.com/replacement-parts-mice/Razer-Mice-Keyboards-USB-HyperSpeed-Dongle/RC30-03420100-R3M1
