My Razer deathadder essential doesn’t work in razer synapse, i mean like when i want to change its dpi it doesn’t appear the mouse, i bought it original and i don’t know what’s the problem of it, already registered it on the page and still nothing it’s been 4 days since this and nothing, i asked chatgpt and still nothing, i already uninstalled and installed again synapse and nothing still.
I would love answers from the razer support or someone that already had this problem.

The most visible - light bleeding into the sensor hole. Original never do this.

yeah it’s 100% fake i already checked everything inside it and compared with original ones in videos and the scroll wheel doesn’t have the light that comes in like original ones
it has a rare sensor tho, it’s called instant
idk what type of chinese sensor is that but it only has 200 hz of pulling rate
