Day 1 of Requesting a Fix for Broken Blackwidow V4 Command Dial

The Blackwidow V4, Razer’s premier, newest keyboard, has a unique feature that is the core selling point of the product: The Command Dial. 

The Command Dial cannot be customized or configured in Razer Synapse 3 or Razer Synapse 4 (nothing works in 4, ever), as the software simply does nothing when you click on any of the configuration options. Thanks for alerting us with this issue. To assist you, please PM me with your keyboard serial number and the list of the troublehsooting steps you’ve tried so far. Also, help he gather the following informaiton below so I can initiate a case on your behalf and escalate the issue for investigation:

• MSinfo logs
• Razer Synapse 3 logs
• Windows version
• Video showing the issue.
