Welcome,

 

I bought headphones and the set included a card with an 18-letter code, and when I enter it into the THX Spatial Audio application, it says that the code I am trying to enter is incorrect, even though I use the code given on the card.

Same and the support is stupid as the bot doesn’t work and if I ask for new code it tells me to log in then proceeds to take me to homepage once logged in

Probably card mentions 7.1 surround app and not THX spatial https://www.razer.com/eu-en/71-surround-sound
