razer blackshark v2 x activation code is invalid

Hello, purchased Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones, the product was successfully registered, they sent an activation code for 7.1 sound, but it says that the code is invalid, please help

    Did you’ve installed proper app: https://www.razer.com/eu-en/71-surround-sound ?
